Art and Yoga Wellbeing Day
New date coming soon!
Join us for a nourishing and creative retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
Our Art and Yoga Wellbeing Day offers a unique blend of mindfulness, creativity, and self-care. Here’s what the day will include:
Cacao Ceremony
We will begin the morning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. This beautiful, natural medicine has been shown to calm both body and mind, creating space to release negative emotions and unlock your true creative potential.
Essential Oil Roll-On Perfume
Following the cacao ceremony, we will explore the world of essential oils.
You'll have the opportunity to learn about the wellbeing effects of various essential oils and instinctively choose those that resonate with you. You’ll create your own custom essential oil roll-on perfume designed to complement your energy and enhance your day-to-day wellbeing.
Yoga Session
Next, we’ll move on to a calming yoga session. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this session will help you connect with your body, find balance, and center yourself before diving into the creative portion of the day.
Floral Painting Session
We will tap into your creative side with a floral painting session. Fresh flowers will be set up on the main table, and you’ll have the freedom to paint them in your own unique style. Whether you prefer a realistic approach or a more abstract interpretation, this is your opportunity to put your personal stamp on a beautiful piece of art to take home with you.
At the end of the day, you’ll leave with your custom floral painting and your essential oil roll-on perfume, both created by you to carry the calm and creativity of the day into your daily life.

Georgia Carlisle
Georgia has studied over 500 hours of certified yoga teacher training whilst living in San Francisco, California. Her initial 300 hour YTT focused on vinyasa, a style of yoga which uses breath and movement to link each posture together, creating a natural flowing practice.
Georgia’s additional training focused on Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Yoga.
Georgia’s style of teaching is thoughtful and gentle, creating a comfortable space for both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
After taking time away from teaching to have her two young boys, Georgia is now looking forward to stepping back into the world of teaching by offering workshops to suit the seasons throughout the year. She hopes to see some of her much missed students back on the mat!
